RIMAC: A Digital Content Platform for Covid User Support

BRIEF

Amid the peak of the pandemic, RIMAC — one the largest general and health insurance companies in Peru — urgently needed to support their users with information and support related to Covid-19. 

SOLUTION

We created and built a content platform that focused on mental health, providing tools and tips for users to better cope with struggles of quarantine and uncertainty that accompanied the pandemic.

RESULTS

More than 80 pieces of content were delivered and published in RIMAC´s digital platform, highlighting the voices of an expert team of physicians and psychologists, as well as RIMAC´s diverse community across Peru. Articles focused on psychological well-being as well as vaccine information provided helpful content for RIMAC users experiencing challenges and concerns related to Covid-19.
