COPEC: Chiletur Digital Channels and Inbound Program
BRIEF
COPEC — the leading fuel distribution company in Chile — publishes their Chiletur printed travel guide on an annual basis. In the context of Covid-19’s disruption to the travel industry, COPEC wanted to reinforce engagement within their digital channels and inspire their online audience with travel stories.
SOLUTION
We built an inbound program with weekly travel stories that were published on digital channels, including the Chiletur app and chiletur.cl website, along with a brand new travel experience section.
RESULTS
With more than 50 insight-driven travel stories published in a year, Chiletur gained a sustained increase in their engagement, with time on-site nearly doubling compared to prior year analytics.
